Scenic Wolf Resort Master Plan

Scenic Wolf Resort when complete will consist of over 400 total single family homes, lots, townhouses and condominums. These units will be built in one of 11 (Eleven) unique Master Planned Phases all located on what is now called Wolf Ridge Mountain. The Resort is located just 25 miles north of the city of Asheville and is surrounded by the Wolf Laurel Ski slopes now known as Wolf Ridge Ski Resort.

Amenities in Scenic Wolf Resort will consist of a retail shopping village built around a lazy river and seasonal ice skating rink, an enclosed heated pool with water slide, pavilion, grocery store, amphitheatre, resort healh spa, hotel convention center, fitness center, two new quad ski lifts servicing the new 2.23 mile ski slope runs, alpine sled run, kids youth craft room, enclosed water park and arcade facility that will be designed with a ski through slope feature, kids playgrounds, mountain biking trails, and several on site restaurants. Each planned phase or village will have its own personality and contain some part of the resort amenity package. The following is a description of the phases and what each will include:

Phase I-IV: Moutain Cabin Village: 81 single family lots, of which all but 4 are sold, and log cabin home packages. 36 homes have been built to date and all but 2 have been placed in our resort rental program.

Phase V: Ski Valley: 63 single family lots that have been re-planned to include 150 condominium units to be located on 2.3 miles of ski slope additions; two new ski lifts and an indoor water park/arcade facility.

Phase VI: Ski Ridge Village: 92 townhome and condominium unit village plus convention center.

Phase VII: Ski Ridge Island and Spa: 12 ski in/ ski out single family lots of which 8 are sold. This phase will include 20 townhome units plus a resort health spa.

Phase VIII: Scenic Slopes Island and Restaurant: 5 single family lots plus 20 townhome units and restaurant.

Phase IX: Wolf Ridge Estates: 23 single family lots and 20 condominium units. This site has been re-planned to house 100 condominium units plus ski slope addition.

Phase X: The Views Village Center: Presently improved with enclosed heated pool and Pavilion. The Pavilion includes sales and rental offices along with a resort general store. The Views will include the following when complete:

• 16 townhome units presently under construction: all but 3 are sold.
• 18 plex condo retail building with 6 retail shops: 5 units sold.
• Combination Mini Water Park including Lazy River/Ice Skating Rink.
• 48 unit condominium building in Phase II.
• 40 unit hotel and retail building.
